Billing and Technical Issues

If you completed payment but cannot access your letter, email us at support@medrebuttal.com with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will resolve it promptly. If you have a billing dispute, include your transaction date and we will address it fairly.

What MedRebuttal Cannot Help With

We cannot provide legal advice, medical advice, or represent you in any proceeding. We cannot contact your insurer on your behalf, review your specific policy language, or advise you on your individual legal rights.
